Questions about Premium.

When can I buy Premium?

Premium goes on sale when QuietDrive is released on the App Store. Until then, every Premium feature is free in the TestFlight beta, and beta testers keep Premium free after the release.

Is it a subscription?

No. Premium is one payment through the App Store, with no subscription and nothing to renew. The price may rise for new buyers as more Premium features arrive; if you’ve already bought Premium, you keep it, and every Premium feature that runs on your phone, now and in future, is included.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases and refunds go through Apple, so QuietDrive can’t issue refunds itself. You can ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Family Sharing work?

Yes. Premium is shared with your Family Sharing group, so the people in it can use Premium on their own iPhones at no extra cost.

What if MG changes or stops its service?

QuietDrive uses MG’s online service, which MG can change or stop at any time. Premium works on the records on your iPhone, so insights, exports, reports and saved trips keep working if that happens. Features that show your car’s readings show the last reading QuietDrive received, with its time. If MG’s service stops for more than 30 days, the app will say so, and we won’t contest refund requests for recent Premium purchases.

Does Premium mean more contact with my car?

Never. Premium doesn’t speed up, add or sell contact with your car. Refreshes, controls and automatic checks are free for everyone and follow the same 12 V battery limits.

Are there ads, or do you sell my data?

No ads and no data sales, in the free app or with Premium. Apple handles the payment, and your purchase isn’t sent to QuietDrive’s server.
